About the project:
The client called us to design a functional design for his smaller Toronto backyard with a big wish list and lots of features, this project posed a few challenges. The clients wish for a sleek modern backyard came together after a few different layouts and concept revisions. It is safe to say that the final product is stunning – a stylish backyard space full of high-end features. Who wouldn’t want to spend their evenings in this yard? Equipped with a tiled concrete spa and water feature, this backyard is a dream. This family can now relax in the sun, sit by the fire table, or have dinner at their outdoor kitchen / stone dining table.
Site Challenges and Solutions:
- Steel pergola structure had to be powder coated before installation. Each piece weighs 1,000 LBS which made for a tricky after thought installation.
- Landscape lighting on multiple zones for custom night lighting
